Role Description:
We are currently seeking a high energy, optimistic Telemarketer to join our team as an appointment setter for our office. As a Telemarketer for the Derek Thomas Agency, you would act as a liaison between prospects and our sales team. This position offers flexibility in scheduling and provides an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the insurance industry.
Our work environment is fast paced, upbeat and results driven. We are competitive but always put the customer first. Experience in the industry is not necessary. Our training and resources are top notch and if you have what it takes, we will take care of getting you up to speed.

Responsibilities:
- As a Telemarketer for the Derek Thomas Agency, your responsibility will be to set appointments for our sales team.
- You will follow up with our leads and use our script to help connect prospects to our sales team.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
